I have been in legal practice for over 35 years, and have conducted hundreds of property and parenting mediations throughout the Sydney, Bathurst, Mudgee & Dubbo areas, with a high rate of successful resolutions. I am accredited by the Federal Attorney General’s Department to provide compulsory Family Dispute Resolution and to issue s60I Certificates under the Family Law Act for disputes involving children, and I am accredited as a Family Law Arbitrator pursuant to Reg 67B of the Family Law Regulations 1984.

I am uniquely qualified to mediate in both family law parenting and property matters. In addition to being a skilled and experienced Family Law Specialist, I spent the first decade of my career as a commercial lawyer practising in the Sydney CBD in trade practices litigation, banking and finance and franchising, and am a former Director of national law firm Gadens Lawyers. This solid commercial background enables me to add great value to family law property mediations.

Graduate Diploma in Family Dispute Resolution from the Australian Institute of Social Relations
Postgraduate Diploma of Psychology from Charles Sturt University (the academic prerequisite for registration as a psychologist)
